For my son...

I wrote the following for my son, London, with the intention of eventually putting it to music...

"The River" (London's name means "Settlement on the Wide River")

May the rain never dim your bright eyes,
May the Son always be your guide.
May your days be filled up with His praise, and
May you always know your life is beautiful.

Drink in the river that flows from the throne of God.
Camp at his feet and rise on wings so you can fly.
You can change the world, my son, if you just believe.
You can change their hearts, I know, because you've changed me.
